'La Mer',
designed by Harry Colt, was inaugurated in 1931. This course can be likened
to a genuine Scottish links and has been chosen on several occasions for the
French Open and the Amateur Championships of France. Recently voted in the
Top 100 courses in Europe the course offers its golfers a magnificent
landscape that is mainly sculpted around the rugged and wind-swept dunes of
the Coast. The fast greens and Heather & gorse make this a must for all
golfers
'La Foret' course was designed by Horace Hutchinson and inaugurated in 1904.
The course is laid out in Le Touquet's superb pine grove and its calm and
friendly atmosphere offers players of all levels a pleasurable and relaxing
experience. La Foret course is less rugged and not as difficult as its
'sister'.
