The Chateau
is situated on the edge of the ancient royal forest of Randan and overlooks the
Allier valley with the Bourbonnais mountains as a backdrop. The Chateau is close
to the river Allier, and the towns of Vichy, Riom, Clermont-Ferrand and Thiers.
It is the ideal starting point for exploring the Auvergne. The Chateau stands in
57 hectares of parkland, far removed from the noise. You can stroll peacefully
through the woods, enjoy the swimming pools, one outdoor, and a heated indoor
pool with sauna and keep-fit room in the old vaulted cellar of the castle. A
little rowing boat is available for your use on the Chateau’s lakes. There are
bikes to visit the nearby countryside and for the children there are
playgrounds. Also in the grounds are a golf driving range and a horse riding
centre.

Conferences
One day’s seminar, including coffee upon arrival, two breaks with tea, coffee or
juice, and one main meal, either lunch or dinner. Or a residential seminar,
including coffee upon arrival, one or more nights in a standard or luxury room
(shower-WC-telephone- TV-mini-bar), continental breakfast, lunch and dinner, and
two breaks with tea, coffee or juice. Available, if required, are flipcharts,
overhead projector screen, TV, video, computers, etc. All hotel facilities such
as swimming pools, pool table, bikes, etc. are available. If you wish,
additional activities can be arranged such as golf, horse riding, hot air
ballooning, small plane flights, rafting, 4 x 4 driving. It is also possible to
hire the whole Chateau which gives total privacy and exclusivity. No other
guests are allowed during private hiring of the Chateau.
Weddings
Weddings up to 90 guests in the ballroom and up to 150 guests with extension
marquee. All services for receptions, dinners, music, and entertainment. It is

There are many bridleways around the Chateau, in the forest, in the mountains
