Description
This wonderful historic monument is heading towards its millenary existence and
it has belonged to the 'Kergorlay' family, throughout the ages. You will feel
the real atmosphere of chateau life while being treated as a friend. The Chateau
offers three suites and fifteen rooms for the accommodation of small groups up
to 30 persons. This number can be slightly increased by adding supplementary
rooms located in the outbuildings on the grounds of the chateau (8 rooms). Thus
the chateau can be exclusively rented by persons who want to gather their close
friends and relatives for a very private and exclusive party such as an
important birthday or a intimate wedding. The Chateau can also be exclusively
rented by foundations or corporations wishing to hold a seminar in a particular
and timeless setting. Set prices are established for an exclusive rental of the
chateau and their amount depends on the number of participants and length of the
stay. Meals are prepared and served by the chateau staff and activities on the
park are included in the set price (jogging horseback riding, mountain bike in
the 600 acres of the property, and tennis in the park).

Weddings & Receptions
The Chateau is an intimate and lovable place that is ideal for friendly meetings
of small groups of around 20 to 30 guests, who will take advantage of its
exclusivity to share unforgettable moments. The ultimate is to get together for
two to three days, or more, in order to celebrate a family and/or a personal
event : thus young brides from the opposite part of the world such as California
or even Australia have decided to transport family and friends to the castle to
celebrate their marriage ; families have chosen the property to celebrate an
important anniversary; and sometimes close friends decide to share this place
for a few days just for the sake of spending some good time there together,
including their children of course.
Conferences & Seminars
As a quiet and "out of time" place in the countryside so far away from the
hectic life in the cities, the chateau offers an ideal setting for professional
conferences and meetings in a relaxed and lovable atmosphere. Thus important
Anglo-Saxon foundations such as the Aspen Institute from Colorado, the King's
fund in London, the European Healthcare Management in Dublin, The Battle of
Normandy Foundation in Washington or the Brentwood School of Arts of Los Angeles
have chosen the chateau to hold important meetings, acknowledging the very
specific and even unique atmosphere of this historic place. To exceptional
setting, exceptional meetings!
