Description
Located between the celebrated Côte des Blancs and the hills of Sézannes, a
few kilometres south of Reims, the château was built in the XVIIth century on
the site of a former manor house. It is one of the rare residences in the
Champagne region to have been built entirely in limestone surmounted by purple
slate roofs. It is set in an 18- hectares park with rivers and ponds and a has
French-style garden designed by André Le Nôtre, architect of royal plans under
the reign of Louis XIV.
Modified and enlarged in the mid-XVIIIth century, then restored in the Louis
XIII taste in the XIXth century, the château as it stands today is a welcoming
residence where warmth and pleasurable living await all lovers of art, history
and relaxation as well as anyone who wishes to organize a wedding, reception,
seminar or theme-oriented program.

Open every days of the year, the castle offers a whole range of tailor made
journeys that are fitted to the needs of various gatherings: week-ends and day
trips in the champagne country side, work meetings, language and cultural trips.
Bedrooms
Bedrooms and apartments (about 13 rooms on the whole) are available to bookings
on the first floor. They are all furnished in the old days spirit, have kept the
panelling from the eighteenth century and grant a double exposition.
Activities
There are a 1800 square meters park, "à la française" gardens and a river. You
can enjoy fishing, table tennis, leisure rooms, a beautiful library: on call,
you can also enjoy nearby commodities: horse riding, golf, swimming, tennis.
Gastronomy
The reception rooms on the basement are in lines, in the style of architect
Daniel Marot and they are decorated with wood panelling. They are all equipped
with outstanding fire places from the Louis XIV century and lavishly furnished
with pieces from the eighteenth century. Gourmet lunches and dinners are served
in this refined and welcoming location with the great French style of
"savoir-faire" and "savoir-vivre". Gastronomic dinner made in kitchen castle. In
the spring, meals are served on the terrace near the carp lake.

reception rooms on the basement (they can accommodate from 50 to 120 persons).
The Castle offers to organise your residential and non-residential seminars,
your training sessions, your work meetings, and your society events in this
authentic, polished and welcoming place. As far as residential seminars, the
castle offers several rooms and apartments. Nearby, hotels can host you as well.

For all your receptions, the castle provides you with three large front-rooms on
the basement (they can accommodate from 50 to 120 persons). All adorned with
panelling and ornate by magnificent chimneys from the Louis XIV era.
